Within 10 days from the date of purchase, every customer has the right to change my mind about done, returning the goods purchased for a refund of the paid.

To exercise the right of withdrawal should be followed the steps outlined below. Please comply with to speed up the process. In particular, please not return the products purchased before receiving permission and the number of RMA by our Consumer Service. Orders returned without RMA code will not be accepted.

• send a simple e-mail to the e-mail recesso@SuperPetShop.it within 10 days from the date of ' Order indicating its willingness to withdraw from, along with the serial number and your personal data. It is not no need for the recommended;
  
  
• Our Service Consumers will be contacted within 24 hours to validate the request and to send the authorization to return the goods;
  
  < li> The withdrawal may be accepted only if the products purchased were not used in any way and are still packed in the original. This should not present any damage;
  
  
• Service Consumers will then send then a code of Return (RMA code) and the instructions to return the goods purchased;
  
  
• You will carry out the shipment of goods, with a courier of your choice, making sure to pack the goods with care and attention in order to avoid any damage to vehicles. The shipment, in case of withdrawal, is charged to the client;
  
  
• Our Consumer Service will receive the products in question to verify its integrity and make an immediate refund the amounts for purchase. There shall be no refund of shipping charges incurred;
